Ashley, Having ordered the team kits for my group here is my two cents. Unless you are rather large in the chest, go with a size smaller than the chest measurement for most women. Female waists and shoulders are smaller.
Legal exclusion: AT least for the kits I ordered. Hope it helps.

Hi Ashley. Not sure, really, but here is a sizing chart. It’s for the men’s sizes, but I suppose it should do!
