The workout is very, very tough:
- 9:00 warm-up
- 20:00 interval (flat racing ending in a hilly circuit)
- 7:00 recovery
- 20:00 interval (hilly racing ending in an urban circuit)
- 2:30 recovery
- 2:30 TTT
- 4:00 warm-down
