Which cycling DVD is the best? 10/10 for The Wretched

The folks over at Cycling Active Magazine (UK) recently tested 7 cycling training videos to see which one was the best. The test included vids from Spinervals, 3LC, Real Rides, Carmichael Training Systems and others.
